4. Services Engagement
4.1 Separate Agreements
Any engagement for Services shall be governed by a separate written agreement between Violet In and the Client, which shall supersede these Terms with respect to the Services provided. The content on the Website describing our Services is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer.
4.2 No Obligation
Submitting an inquiry through our contact form or otherwise communicating with us does not create any obligation on our part to enter into a services agreement. We reserve the right to decline any engagement at our sole discretion.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties

13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to reflect the parties' original intent to the extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of Violet In to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Violet In regarding the use of the Website and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
For Clients who have entered into a separate written services agreement with Violet In, that agreement, together with these Terms, shall constitute the entire agreement regarding the subject matter covered therein. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a separate written services agreement, the services agreement shall prevail.
